Introductions

Hello,

My name is David Render and after a lifetime of answering fitness questions I finally decided to take it to the web. Over the past couple of decades I have accumulated a lot of knowledge about fitness and I want to share it with you.

Currently I am a professional fighter and fitness trainer and since all of my friends and colleges want fitness advice I decided to share it all here. So whenever I get a question, I answer it here, for everyone to see. I also write post of interest for myself.

I just want to help out if I can and even learn a few things along the way for myself. If you would like to get involved or have a question please do not hesitate to contact me. I enjoy the feedback.
