Killer Bicep Workout

People are always looking for great bicep workouts to enhance their peaks. Well here is a simple workout that I love to do and always get a great burn doing. "21's"


This is how it works:

7 reps regular curls, 7 reps half curls starting midway, 7 reps half curls starting from the down position, repeat

Three sets of this and I guarantee you will be feeling the burn right away. This really works to exhaust your bicep muscles and gives you a few extra reps to really break down your biceps more than usual.
